Description
Using your body weight, the Track Ball is a tool that allows you to perform self-myofascial release (SMR) to stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles and break up soft tissue adhesions/knots (fascia) that cause tension and stiffness.
You can use on any part of your body! Alleviate back and neck soreness and reduce your chance of recurring pain. Also work on your biceps, triceps, deltoids, hamstrings, quadriceps or calves on both sides (bilateral symmetry) for an efficient massage.
