Highly versatile and convenient, the Resistance System Mini (RSM) comes with a set of Power Handles and a PTP indoor anchor. As a result, this set allows you to train anytime and anywhere!

With 6 Mini PowerTubes of 3 resistance levels, the Resistance System Mini is the perfect assortment for strengthening and toning routines. The shorter length of the tubes is specifically designed for smaller spaces and shorter ROM (Range of motion) to hit the resistance plane sooner, it is also compatible with the PTP Core Dome.

All tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord to prevent snapping from wear & tear. This makes it a safe choice for resistance training.

The RSM comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional resistance tube(s).
